Julie M. RogersWelcome, and thank you for visiting my website! I appreciate being chosen by the Kalamazoo County Commission to serve as the Board Chair. I look forward to working to move us forward successfully over the next two years.

Thank you to all my voters, volunteers, donors, and campaign team for helping re-elect me to a fourth term on the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners for the 5th district. This includes Alamo Township, part of Oshtemo Township, and part of Kalamazoo Township. I enjoy serving the people of Kalamazoo County and appreciate questions and comments from residents.

I am one of 25 elected officials nominated to the national Women in Government Class of 2019 leadership program and am excited to learn from other strong women. I continue to serve on the National Association of Counties Health Policy Steering Committee and am newly appointed to the Kalamazoo County Public Arts Commission.

I hold quarterly community coffees to meet with residents to discuss the issues we face in the county. My next community coffee will be on Saturday, August 10 from 10-11:00 AM at Walnut & Park Café, 322 W. Walnut St. to discuss issues and concerns. Please check here or on my Facebook page for details of future meetings and other county news and events. Visit my Facebook page for regular updates.
